We have a 30 day no-quibble vehicle exchange plan, for even greater peace of mind and to ensure you are happy with your chosen vehicle.

Should you not be entirely satisfied with your chosen Marsh Approved vehicle, you may elect to exchange the vehicle for one of an equal or higher retail price, exclusive of any accessories.

This 30 day vehicle exchange agreement is in addition to your statutory rights and is subject to the following conditions;

Where you chose to exchange the vehicle for one of a higher price you will be responsible for paying the difference between the purchase price of the original vehicle and the price of the replacement vehicle.

Any costs that are incidental to the exchange of vehicles will be payable by you e.g, the transfer costs of any outstanding credit agreement or transfer of accessories.

This agreement only applies to Marsh Approved vehicles. Only one exchange shall take place and the Marsh Approved 30 Day vehicle exchange shall not apply to any replacement vehicle.

The vehicle exchange must be completed within 30 days of you taking delivery of the vehicle and within 500 miles of the delivery mileage.

The vehicle being returned must be in the same condition as at time of delivery to you, except up to 500 extra miles is acceptable.

No Questions Asked

It really is that simple and easy to exchange your car. There will be no awkward questions asked, and no complicated forms to fill in.

No “ifs”. No “buts”.

All we ask is that you return the car back to us in the same condition within 30 full days, and we will be happy to exchange it for another vehicle of your choice.

So if you discover your Marsh Approved used car is too big for your garage, too small for your dog or you realise that pink is not the colour for you after all, simply bring it back and let us find you something that suits you better.
